He was only a mere child and he had painful experiences through various rough works and he felt sorrow as he did not get a good education. He has worked and studied together until now with firm resolve at the risk of his life that he could not succeed if he did not study in the society that academic clique was the supremacy. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">How can he say his joys and sorrows? He has experienced many things until he became a president of a solid small and medium enterprise from a country boy who came to Seoul without any money from Younggwang-gun Baksoo-eub Nonsan-li where was 400 Km from Seoul. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">He was the youngest of the family among six brothers and sisters. After he graduated a elementary school barely, he went up to Seoul with no definite object in view. Although he past through many jobs such as a worker of delivering newspaper, a factory of shoes, a printing office, a goldsmith's shop, and an employee of a drugstore, a salesman of a pharmaceutical company, his enthusiasm for learning never died down. </div>

<div style="font-size:14px;">The thesis that he wrote in 2001 for a master's degree, 'the study for the way of development about physical distribution's network of Korean trailer', was so excellent that it could be chosen as 7th excellent thesis of a graduate school of Chung-ang university and he was really honored to receive that award. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">President No engaged in transportation business at the end of 1984. At that time, he worked for a toy company, he was in charge of the whole country as the head of the sales department, and he turned the business over to his younger brother among cousins. He established this company on the basis of hands-on-background that he had built in the mean time and made the company corporate at April of 1998. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">Daehanlogis T/R Inc. grew to be a major company which was placed in the big 3 companies among 150 trailer special companies and which was taken the fifth ranking among 10,000 national freight companies. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">Although Daehanlogis T/R Inc. deals with mainly a trailer specializing third-party logistics, it also handles transportation of diverse freight. He explains that distribution cost of his company is inexpensive because his company reduces distribution cost through efficiency of third-party logistics with a network which is formed nationally and transports freight after vehicles which come from the whole nation are classifies by regional groups and common route. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">Daehanlogis T/R Inc. locates the head office on Seo-bu freight terminal, Sinjung-dong, yangcheon-gu, Seoul and its branch offices are located in Incheon, Ansan, Chunan, Chungju, etc. As soon as the company get a order, </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">it connects the network with the whole country by radio and it handles third-party logistics efficiently through real time system as it directs the driver of number 3 vehicle to go Jinchun and the driver of number 5 vehicle to go Busan. </div>

President No says that the company can transport goods in low-priced price because the whole nation is connected by a network from 1 ton a delivery van till a 2.5 ton, a 5 ton, a 8 ton, a 11 ton, a 18 ton, a 25 ton cargo truck, and a trailer. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">As the steward of the imposition of hands, president No who is the leader of Zion praises chorus which has 170 members at third department of Chung-sin church also speaks frankly that as much as he begins work after he reads his bible and prays every morning, he manages the business with the leadership on the basis of Christianity that serves people. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">All of the workers in the company start a business with pious mind after praying every Monday. The company and I have grown and studied with the spirit of Christianity. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">People call president No as a devoted leader. Punctuality is an ironclad rule and confidence is very strict. Drivers emphasize that trust is life in order to survive in this industry, too. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">He has made a rough sketch of management toward 'green distribution' saying the company has to foster competitive power predicting the future exactly and making a constant effort in order to survive in the rapidly changing business situation. </div>
<div style="font-size:14px;">The proverb says that the tree which its roots are deep doesn't sway in the strong wind and his image is similar to the tree because he has started the bottom of the social scale that he couldn't fall anymore and he has become a firm enterpriser who has built the tower of success with effort and sweat. <br /></div>
